Manager's house to Attercliffe steam corn mill (not included), now snooker club. c1805, with mid and late C20 alterations and additions. Ashlar and brick, partly rendered, with stone dressings and gabled and hipped slate roofs, with single gable and single ridge stacks. Plinth, first floor and sillbands, moulded eaves, blocking course. 2 storeys; 5 window range. Windows are mainly late C20 glazing bar casements. In the centre, a 3-light window flanked by smaller single light windows. Beyond, on either side, a canted 2 storey bay window with 3 windows on each floor, the lower ones being taller. Below, a central 3-light window flanked to right by a moulded stone doorcase with blocked overlight and shaped fielded 6-panel door. Rendered coped right gable has irregular fenestration. To left, set back brick addition, 2 storeys; 2 window range. INTERIOR not inspected.
