Cottage. Mid/late C18. Brick of shallow and elongated bricks, now painted. Dentil moulded cornice on all facades. Hipped plain tile roof. Brick side stacks. Central entrance plan. Two storeys. 2-window range. Symmetrically arranged triple-light, central-casement, windows on main facade. Ground-floor windows with shallow brick arches. Central door. INTERIOR. Ground-floor rooms with half-height beaded plank wainscotting. Plank doors, one capped with curved broken pediment. Victorian fireplaces. 2 small weather-boarded one-storey outshots with corrugated roof. Used as a Beer House in C19.
