House. c1830. Red brick with a gault brick facade under a slate roof. 2 storeys; 4-window range. 2-window central element with screen walls right and left fronting lower lean-to side blocks of one bay. Central part with a C20 door to left within a rusticated surround and with triple modillions to the door hood. Panelled reveals. One 2/2 horned sash to its right in exposed flush frame and under a gauged skewback arch. 2 similar first-floor sashes are C20. Side bays are recessed. Left bay with a 2/2 unhorned sash to ground floor and a similar C20 replacement above. Parapet. Right bay has a secondary C20 door set within a reeded doorcase and frieze. Shallow modillions to hood. One 2/2 unhorned sash to its right under a gauged skewback arch. Similar first-floor sash. Parapet. Main roof is gabled. Internal gable-end stacks north and south. INTERIOR not inspected.
