Cemetery lodge. 1867. Coursed, squared limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; stone left-hand external and right-hand gable stacks, and a double Roman tile cross-gabled roof. Tudor Gothic Revival style. Single-depth plan with porch in angle between right-hand range and left-hand cross wing. Single storeys and attic; 2-window range. A projecting left-hand coped gable with finial and moulded kneelers, with a gabled porch in the re-entrant with 2-centre arched door and hood mould, 6-panel door and iron finial. Windows have angled shoulders across the sides of the heads: shallow canted 4-light bay to the gable with weathered top, first-floor 2-light and right-hand ground-floor 1-light windows with label moulds. INTERIOR not inspected. Forms a group with the mortuary chapel (qv).
