4 houses, now shops. Early C19, altered mid and late C20. Red brick, with painted ashlar dressings and gabled and hipped slate roofs. Single gable and 2 ridge stacks, coped. First floor sill band, wooden eaves, partly renewed. 3 storeys; 7 x 2 windows. 2 ranges, slightly stepped, with rebated rounded corner entrance bay. Ground floor has continuous shopfronts, mid and late C20. Corner bay has a glazing bar sash on each floor. To its left, 3 glazing bar sashes on each floor, then a range with 4 plain sashes. Right return, to Derby Street, has on the upper floors a blank to left and a glazing bar sash to right.
