House, now offices. Early C18, altered mid C20. Stucco over limestone rubble, limestone dressings, gable stacks and slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Part of a composed design with Patford House and No.5 (qv), from which it is set back, with a continuous frieze and cornice. Right-hand doorway with bracketed pediment to a recessed doorway with 6-panel door. Altered windows, 3-light ground-floor and 2-light above. Mid C20 two-storey extension to the S. INTERIOR: altered, an entrance passage and C20 stair. Included for group value.
