Overbridge carrying Stumperlowe Crescent Road
II
Overbridge carrying Stumperlowe Crescent Road. Late C19. Skewed single span with wrought-iron girders and coursed squared stone abutments with ashlar dressings. Elaborate traceried cast-iron balustrade with openwork pedestals with square domed caps and ball finials. Two traceried spandrel brackets at east end, those to west destroyed. North-west and south-east corners have buttresses, and north-west side has stone steps with chamfered coping to balustrade wall.
