House, now club. c1840, with late C20 alterations and additions. Brick with stone dressings and hipped slate roof. Plinth, first floor band, gutter on wooden brackets. 2 storeys; 3 x 5 windows. Windows are renewed glazing bar and plain sashes with brick flat arches. Above, three 12 pane sashes. Central renewed Ionic portico in glass fibre, with panelled door and lattice overlight, flanked by single 18 pane sashes. Right return has 2 plain sashes flanked by single blanks, and to right, another plain sash. Below, to left, 2 blanks. To right, a C20 flat-roofed porch. INTERIOR not inspected.
