House, now flats. c1800, with mid C19 alterations. Stucco, with hipped slate roof and 2 rear wall stacks. Plinth, deep eaves with wooden modillions. 2 storeys; 5 x 4 windows. Central canted projection, 2 storeys. Stucco porch with pilasters and entablature, rusticated round-arched door surround with keystone, glazed double doors and fanlight. Above, a sash. On each side, 2 tall sashes. Above, 4 smaller sashes, one to right blank. All these windows are plain sashes with moulded surrounds. Left return has a canted bay window, single storey, with 3 altered lights. Rear wing, 2 storeys, has a central round-arched doorway with glazed double doors and fanlight. To left, 2 tall glazing bar sashes. To right, a yard wall with gateway flanked by piers with ball finials. Above, 4 smaller glazing bar sashes. To left, another 2 storey range with 3 glazing bar sashes. Garden front has a large addition, mid C19, 2 storeys, with plain sashes. INTERIOR has an inner doorway with eared ashlar doorcase and half-glazed door. Open well stone cantilever staircase with iron stick balusters and ramped wooden handrail.
