Town house, now restaurant. Probably later C18, remodelled in
C19, and subsequently altered. Painted stucco on brick.
Rectangular plan plus back extensions, at right-angles to
street. Four storeys, 4 windows, symmetrical; C20 restaurant
at ground floor. 1st floor has windows with shouldered
architraves and altered glazing, and a moulded plaster frieze
(with palm-frond motifs?); moulded sill-band to 2nd floor
windows immediately above this; 2nd and 3rd floors have sashed
windows with moulded architraves, those at 2nd floor shouldered
and with scallop crests, those at 3rd floor square. Simplified
brackets to gutter cornice. Rear and interior not inspected.
