Town house, now shop. Probably early C19; altered. Stucco on
brick (roof concealed). Rectangular plan at right-angles to
street. Four storeys, three windows; C20 shop front at ground
floor; 12-pane sashed windows to first and second floors, 9-pane
sashes to third floor, all with raised sills and plain reveals;
parapet. Rear and interior not inspected. Forms group with
no. 18 to the right and no. 16 beyond.
