GV II
House, now offices, and area railings. Late C18, altered mid C19. Red brick with ashlar dressings. Roof not visible behind blocking course. Plinth, main cornice, minor cornice. 3 storeys plus basement and attics; 3 window range. Windows are glazing bar sashes in graduated courses, with brick flat arches, the largest on the first floor. Ground floor has to right a mid C19 ashlar porch with entablature and door with overlight. To left, 2 windows. Basement has 2 openings. Outside, wrought-iron area railings with ashlar plinth.
