One of a pair of lodges to Pixton Park (qv), now dwelling. Mid-late C18, altered and enlarged late C20. Roughcast over
random rubble, exposed in recess on south front, slate hung main elevation (east), parallel range slate roofs,
overhanging eaves, large stack centre of left hand range. Plan: parallel range set gable end on, single storey
additions north and north-west; one of a pair of lodges. North front: lunette windows in gable ends, right blocked,
left 6-light tripartite sash window, ground floor 2 recessed semi-circular headed niches, C20 pivoted sash window left,
12-pane sash window right, single storey extension right (not of special interest). Entrance on left return single bay,
recessed niche with inserted C20 plank door with decorative hinges in exposed rubble surround. Included primarily for
group value with No 1 Jury Lodge. There is no gate pier remaining, the drive to Pixton Park no longer passes between
these lodges.
