Farmhouse. C1830. Red brick. Slate roof, stone or rendered details, 2 brick ridge stacks. 2 storey and attic main block, 2 storey rear wing. Cusped bargeboards to main block gables, boxed eaves. Symmetrical 3 bay front. Central projecting porch with deep architrave and cornice supported on Greek Doric columns. Moulded door surround. Entrance door with glazed upper panel. Sashes with glazing bars (4X4 panes) to either side, and to first floor except narrower central sash (3x4 panes). Both gable walls have 1 or 2 similar sashes (either 4x4 or 3x4 panes) to each floor and pairs of 2-light casements with glazing bars in the gables. A single storey canted bay window with sashes (4x4 panes to front and 2x4 panes to sides) to ground floor left on west gable wall. All windows in main block, except bay, have flat arches with stepped voussoirs and corniced key stones. Interior not inspected.
