2. Late C18. Red brick. Hipped slate roof. 1 storey with attics. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 3 bays, central one breaking forward and crowned with modillioned brick pediment. East bay, partly obscured by 2 storey wing of main house, has 1 double-hung sash window with glazing bars on ground floor, and 1 round-arched panel filled with grey headers on 1st floor. Central bay has 1 segment-headed coach door with modern doors and 1 roun-arched planked loft door on 1st floor. West bay has 1 modern garage opening, and 1 6-panelled door with oblong fanlight on ground floor, and 1 round-arched panel filled with grey headers on 1st floor.
Nos 3 to 31 (odd) and the Little House form a group with Nos 1, 2 & 6 Bakers Arms Hill.
