Farmhouse, now a house. Late C18. Brick with pantile roof. Partial stone plinth. Cogged first floor band. Dentillated eaves. 3 gable stacks. 2 storeys plus basement and garrets. 3 bays. L-plan. Windows are mostly C20 casements, those at the front with segmental heads. Front has central door with overlight, flanked by single casements. Above, 3 casements, the central one smallest. West side basement has a Yorkshire sash. Above, 2 casements. East side has to left, door to basement. To right, steps to lean-to corner porch with segmental headed door. Above, a casement. Above again, 2 casements.
