Late C18. Red brick. Nodular flint on north side. Pitched slate roof. Rendered chimney.

Three storeys and basement with area. Brick modillion eaves cornice. Two double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on first and second floors, one on ground floor, and one casement with glazing bars in basement. Six-panelled door (top four panels fielded) and semi-circular fanlight in panelled reveals. Doorway framed by plain pilasters supporting fluted frieze and pediment.

Iron railings with fleur-de-lys finials around basement.

Nos 36 to 64 (even) and Nos 70 to 74 (even) form a group with Nos 83, 85 and 91 to 101 (odd).
