7/31 No.15 and adjoining cottage (Formerly 13.10.66 listed as Home Farm)

G.V. II

House, now 2 cottages. Early C18 and C20. Designed by and built for SirThomas Parkyns of Bunny Hall. Red brick, some ashlar. Pantile roof. Double ridge and left gable red brick stacks. Brick coped gables with kneelers. C20 brick plinth. 2 storeys plus garret, 4 bays. Ground floor openings altered. 2 C20 tripartite glazing bar casements, to the right and left are single doorways with C20 doors and further right a single similar casement. Above are 4 two light ashlar mullion windows, that second from the right now blocked. Lean-to to rear. Sir Thomas Parkyns Bart. (c.1662-1741) carried out improvements to and rebuilt almost all of Bunny to his own designs.
