Large house, now the offices of the Cherwell District Council. C18 with C19 additions. Remodelled in 1878 by architect John Thomas Lee.
Main elevation: Ironstone ashlar with regular coursed ironstone rubble to sides. Welsh slate roof. Stone ridge stacks. Complex plan. Two storeys plus attic. Three bays, three-window range. Two bay windows flank central doorway. Panelled door has fanlight. Porch has open pediment supported on Tuscan columns. Keystoned sashes to ground floor and first floor of bay windows. C20 windows to attic. Continuous stone sills to windows on each storey. Flat bands to first floor and attic storeys. Moulded stone eaves cornice. Stone parapet and stone copings: Victorian stone porch to side entrance on right.
Interior not inspected.
