Farmhouse now house. C17/C18, 2 builds. Coursed rubble to left part. Regular coursed rubble to right part. Steeply pitched C20 tiled roof to left and asbestos sheet to right, rendered brick stacks. Left part: 2-unit plan, Single storey plus attic. Gabled 2 storey staircase projection to left. To right a C20 door with stone slated sloping roofed porch. To right a 3-light wooden casement with original lintel. First floor has a 3-light wooden mullioned window to right with original wooden lintel. C20 casement to left. 2-light stone mullioned window to cellar at base of staircase. Another small window with stone surround to left. Rear has C20 wood mullioned and transomed windows with stone flat arches. Right part; 2-unit plan, single storey plus attic. A 2- and 3-light casement to each flour. 3 windows have wooden lintels. Interior: Stone spiral staircase to cellar. C20 wooden winder stair to first floor. Chamfered beams. Re-set C17 doorframe.
