House. Datestone P/R/F (for Parsons, Richard Francis) 1710. Regular coursed ironstone rubble; steeply pitched Welsh slate roof; stone copings. 2 brick end stacks on moulded stone bases. T-plan. Single storey plus attic. 2-window range. Two 3-light C20 casements with wooden lintels to ground floor inserted in stone surrounds. Two 3-light flat faced stone mullions to attic have hood moulds and label stops. 2-light flat faced stone mullion to cellar. Single storey extension to left has Welsh slate roof and brick end stack. Rear: 2 storey staircase projection. 3-light stone mullions to ground floor and attic have wooden moulds and label stops. Rear C18/C19 extension. Interior: Stop chamfered beams and stop chamfered bressumer. Wooden spiral stair to attic. Stone spiral to cellar. Butt purlin roof.
