2. An interesting group of buildings, comprising mill house and separate mill. The first mill below the source of the Medway. Mill House: timber-frames in square-ish panels, brick filled, plastered and white-washed. Late C16. A good deal restored. All windows modern: 2 storeys, tile roof. Mill: 3 storeys, weather boarding white painted, tile roof, with 2 storey brick wing at right angles. C18 original 4-pane sash windows.
