Details
LEWANNICK POLYPHANT SX 28 SE 2/60 Jasmine GV II Cottage. Circa late C17. Stone rubble. Slate roof with gable ends. Projecting stone rubble end stack on left with rebuilt shaft and rendered shaft on right hand gable end. Plan: Two room and cross or through passage plan with larger hall-kitchen on left, heated by end stack. Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical 3-window front with windows replaced in C20, in original openings. C20 door to right of centre with 1-light casement to left and 3- light casement to right. Three 1-light casements on first floor. Interior: Not inspected.
