Mill building on south side of Factory Square, ten yards to west of No 496 Streatham High Road.

Former silk mill. Circa 1820. Brick. Slate low pitched roof to eaves. 3 storeys.
Symmetrical composition. 9 bay centre with slightly lower, slightly advanced 5 bay wings.
Slightly lower 3 storey office wing to left return. Segmental headed windows, later small
paned metal window frames. 2 inserted entrances to ground floor. Stucco band above ground
floor. Brick band to eaves of centre part. Central clock tower to roof, weatherboarded
and pilastered with dome finial and weathervane. Clock faces missing. Late C19 chimney
to rear. Later additions to rear not of special interest.
