LYDNEY CHURCH ROAD SO 60 SW (east side) 7/72 Monument to CHARLES CAULS in the churchyard c6m south-east of the south-east corner of the south aisle to the church of St Mary II

Chest tomb. Mid C18. Sandstone. An upright chest with flat top to moulded edge, bolstered ends and plain panels north and south, the base sunk at the time of survey, September 1983. Inscription to Charles Cauls, 1769. A design similar to the monument to Thomas Stephens (qv).
