The following building shall be added:-

12/1133 No 5 II

House. C 1840 in italianate style. Built of stock brick with stuccoed basement side evelation and dressings and slate roof, 2 storeys attics and basement. 3 windows. Moulded eaves cornice. 1st floor has 3 6-pane sashes. Ground floor has 2 tall windows in moulded architraves with marginal glazing bars and elaborate balconettes with quartered rectangles and central quatrefoil piercings. Pilastered recessed doorcase with flight of steps to street with cast iron hand railing. Later C19 panelled door with 2 stained glass roundels to upper 2 panels. Side elevation has moulded coping with knellers, circular window to attic and 3 cambered blanks. Cambered 6-pane windows to rear first floor and taller paned windows to ground floor and basement. Interior features include a complete staircase with 2 stick balusters to each trend and column newels, double panelled doors connecting ground floor front and rear rooms, window shutters and panels below windows, first floor wooden fireplace with pilasters and cast iron firegrate with shell design, original small grate to attic which also has matchboard panelling fielded panelling to ground floor and basement, cast iron Victorian kitchen range to basement flanked by original cupboards and several 4 panelled doors.
