The following building shal be added to the list;

LEICESTER GRANBY STREET SK 5804 SE (north east side) 3/10004 Numbers 38 and 40 Former Victoria Coffee House II Former Temperance Coffee House, now shop with offices above. 1888. Designed by Edward Burgess. Ashlar, with slate and copper roofs. 5 storeys and attic. 5 window front. Ground floor has a large C20 shopfront with segmental broken pedimented doorway to right. First and second floors have recessed 3 windows with cross mullion windows and Doric columns between, single end windows project with moulded surrounds. Third, fourth and attic floors set back with large central splayed centre with tall tiled conical roof with wood lantern over centre in segmental pedimented dormer, flanking octagonal and round turrets, with bell canted copper and lead roofs
