(Formerly listed as Nos 145 and 145A, HIGH STREET)

Circa 1600 two bays of a timber frame range with C18 brick built north two bays. In the C18/early C19 the eaves-were heightened and the front was brick faced, now painted. Tiled roof with brick dentil eaves course. Two storeys. No 27 at north end has attic with higher roof-level. Five window range. Three-light casements with glazing bars, mostly with segmental brick arches. No 27 has vehicular way through. Large brick stack at centre of the timber framed bays. Circa C18 short gabled wing at rear.
Interior: central stack has fireplace on ground floor with curved bressumer, and another fireplace on first floor with carved reused medieval beam. Chamfered ceiling beam with carved stop.
