Forer bank. Dated 1891. Ashlar, hammer-dressed stone left gable, brick to right gable and rear. Welsh-blue slate roof, three storeys. Fills a corner site. Corner bay has doorway with keyed arch, imposts and fluted Doric pilasters surmounted by fluted brackets, entablature and open triangular pediment. Four bays to left, three bays to right all with same features: pilasters and cornice to ground floor: first and second floor sill bands. First floor windows have shouldered architraves and triangular pediments alternating with segmental pediments. Second floor windows are smaller and have shouldered architraves. Eaves band, cornice and blocking course. Corner bay taller with pedimented festooned date plaque. Three cornice ashlar stacks set forward from ridge. Included for group value.
