Cottage, may be 2 cottages formerly. Late C17 - early C18, enlarged or second cottage added in late C19 early C20. Plastered cob or rubble; rubble stacks topped with C19 brick, one plastered; thatched roof. 3 room plan cottage facing south with front corner stack on right (east) end and disused axial stack serving middle room. Left end is entrance lobby with front door. 2 storeys. Irregular 2-window front of mostly late C19 - early C20 casements with glazing bars and some early glass panes. 4-panel door at left end of front and plank door right of centre, both with C20 porches. Interior: left (west) end shows only plain detail but right end has late C17 axial beam, chamfered with runout stops, and corner fireplace. Roof inaccessible.
