GV II
Inn. Early C18 with mid C19 three-bay addition to left. Painted dressed limestone, thatched roof to C18 build, Welsh slate roof to C19 build, brick and limestone stacks. Two-storey 3-window C18 build has central C20 door in chamfered stone case, recessed chamfered side-lights, 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned window to left, 2-light casement to right. First floor has 3-light recessed chamfered mullioned window either side of 2-light mullioned window. Right return has 2-light mullioned window to first floor. Stack to left has stone tablet incised with IWE/1705, probably members of the Wyndham family. Rear of C18 build has planked door and 2-light and 3-light mullioned windows. Mid C19 two-storey, 3-window addition attached to left has central 6-panelled door in gabled porch with 2-light casement either side, first floor has 2-light casement either side of blind window. Rear of C19 build has two 2-light casements to first floor, C20 porch and 3-light casement to ground floor. Interior not inspected.
