Cottage, now boarding house at Stonar school. Late C17. Rubble
stone, stone slate roof, stone stacks with moulded cappings. Two-
storey and attic, 4-window south front. C20 planked door and half-
glazed door to left hand projecting gable, C19 two-light mullioned
casement with hoodmould and two C17 mullioned casements in blocked
doorways to right. First floor has 3-light hollow-chamfered
mullioned casement with hoodmould to left gable, one 2-light and
two 2-light hollow-chamfered mullioned casements to right; evidence
of some refenestration, probably C19. Rear lean-to extension with
9-pane fixed window, C20 lean-to additions either side, first floor
has two 3-light recessed hollow-chamfered mullioned casements with
relieving arches over continuous string course, two full gabled
dormers with 2-light mullioned casements with hoodmoulds, coped
verges.
Interior has chamfered beams.
