STOCKLEIGH POMEROY STOCKLEIGH POMEROY SS 80 SE 10/245 Granary and cartshed at - approximately 25 metres south- south-west of Town Living Farmhouse GV II
Granary and apple-loft over cartshed. Late C18 to early C19. Whitewashed plastered cob. Corrugated iron hipped roof. Rectangular plan, with single cartshed with 2 rooms over. 2 storeys. Ground floor of north-west end is open-ended cartshed. Jettied plastered stud wall above with small window. Similar window to first floor of opposite end. External stone steps to loft door on north-east side to road. Interior: first floor has plastered wall to granary and with plank partition separating it from apple store with wooden racks. The original roof structure appears to be intact.
