II GV 2. C16 or C17, much altered. Front wall of flint rubble with red brick dressings and flush quoins. Side elevation timber framed with whitewashed brick nogging. Old tiled roof with gable end to road. 2 storeys, flush casement windows. 1 storey wing on right. Included for group value.

Heath Cottage shall be amended to read Heath Barn Cottage.
