Substantial house. Late C18/early C19. Limestone rubble with ashlar dressings; Welsh-slate roof with brick stacks. L plan. 2 storeys. Main range has a 3-window arrangement of 16-pane sashes below flat arches, and has a central glazed door. There is a further ground-floor window towards the 2-window range projecting from the left; the wing contains the 6-panel main entrance. Right end of main range returns to rear. Hipped roofs. Interior not inspected. (Ditchley Park is included in the English Heritage Historic Gardens Register at Grade II*)
