KEEVIL MARTINS ROAD ST 9257 (west side) 14/165 Nos 45 and 46 11.9.68 GV II
Pair of cottages. Circa 1800. Flemish bond brick, half-hipped stone slate roof with large axial brick stack. Two-storey, 4- window. No 45 has 6-panelled door, No 46 has C20 door, two 3-light casements to centre and 2-light casement to sides. First floor has 2-light casements to sides and two 3-light casements to centre; all with flat brick arched heads. Original small-pane casements to No 46. Lean-to rear extension. Good, little altered example of early C19 cottages.
