2. Situated at the corner of Nursteed Road and Church Walk. Circa 1830-40 2 storeys cement rendered on plinth. T plan with gable end stone tile roofs. Grouped octagonal chimneys with splayed caps. Entrance front to Nursteed Road: 3 windows, 1 in gabled projection to right with open work cusped bargeboards. Smaller gable over left hand 1st floor window. 1st floor of gabled bay has stone oriel with 4 centred arched top panes to casement lights, pointed arched panels to apron, moulded cornice. Other windows are recessed 2 light casements, 3 light on ground floor of gabled bay, with similar glazing to oriel, block sills. Stone gabled porch with parapet broken by string carried up as gable. Moulded 4 centred arched surround to double doors with neo-Tudor panelling, 2 narrow lights to each door. Side lights to porch. Church Walk front: 2 windows, 1 in projecting gabled bay with plain bargeboards. Left hand lst floor window also has small gable over. Recessed 2 light casements similar to those on main entrance front with addition of drip mould over lst floor. Ground floor of gabled bay has oriel with similar glazing, moulded mullions, cornice and stepped stone roof. Right hand gable contains a panel with cusping round shield. Side entrance with gabled porch, to left. The north gable end of main block has cusped bargeboards. Set back and adjoining to north a lower 2 storey wing of 1 window, similar to those on main block.
