6/178 Cole headstone about 13m south - east of the chancel of the church of St Mary

Headstone. Late C18. Slate. A single headstone but the design conceived as an adjoining pair with a double curved top with shouldered corners. Inscriptions commemorate 2 members of the Cole family who died in 1786, christian names indecipherable.
