SHUTTINGTON ALVECOTE SK2OSE 5/102 Remains of Dovecote approx 32m E of remains of Alvecote Priory GV ll
Remains of dovecote. Possibly medieval. Coursed Sandstone rubble. C20 concrete flat roof. Square plan. Probably reduced in height. South-west side has low chamfered doorway with large lintel; left jamb replaced with late C20 brick. Interior has nest boxes.
