STEEPLE ASHTON HIGH STREET ST 9056 (west side) 13/265 Home Farmhouse GV II
Farmhouse. Early C17, altered early C19. Rendered, tiled roof with brick stacks, including pair of C17 diagonally-set stacks to cross wing. L-plan. Two-storey, 2-window road front. C20 casement to left, two 12-pane sashes to right. First floor has two sashes. Wing projecting to right has sashes. Left return of main range has 3-light ground floor casement, pair of small sashes to first floor and 12-pane sash to attic. Right return partly rebuilt early C20 with timber-framed gable, entrance door and casements. Interior not accessible at time of survey (February 1987).
