Formerly farmhouse, now house. Dated 1725 with early C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered, painted stone dressings, stone slate roof. Central staircase plan with projecting staircase wing. Two storeys, three bays. Central entrance has moulded eared architrave and moulded cornice. Six-panel door. Panel above inscribed: B T E 1725 (Thomas and Elizabeth Burrows). Within shield, surrounded by acanthus decoration. Two ground floor and outer two upper floor early C19 windows, two-light flat faced mullioned sashes. Central upper floor single light, sashes. Shaped eaves modillions. Left-hand gable end and right-hand ridge stack at former gable, now at junction with cottage. Rear reputedly contains entrance with C17 surround.
Interior: early C18 dog-leg staircase, closed string, turned balusters, reputedly inscribed TEB 1725.
