WOODSTOCK PARK STREET SP4416NW (South side) 9/227 No.ll 18/10/49 (Formerly listed as Old Church House) BY II House. Early C19, with earlier origins. Coursed limestone rubble with ashlar front; gabled concrete tile roof; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Keyed flat stone arches and wrought-iron brackets supporting flat hoods over two C20 doors with overlights. Three bow windows with glazing bars. Keyed stone lintels over 6-pane sashes. Raised storey bands. Two-storey outshut to rear, with C20 tile roof. Interior: stone flag floors; early C19 dog-leg with landing staircase with stick balusters and ramped handrail; C17 chamfered beam to rear.
