Warehouse. Mid to late C19. Brick (plastered to ground floor); Welsh slate roof. 5 storeys and cellar. 3 bays (window bays flanking central hoist bay). Windows with segmental arches and vertical iron bars; oval eyes on 3 upper floors light stairs. Wooden catshead.
The list was previously amended in respect of this entry on 17 January 1989 when it was deleted in error.
