The description shall be amended to:-
Forge, in use as garage at time of survey. Early C19 with some C19 and C20 alterations. Single storeyed rectangular building of red brick in Flemish bond one brick thick with pyramidal tiled roof and brick chimney stack with C19 brick exterior to south. Main front has 2 early C19 cast iron framed casements with 'Gothic' headed panes at top and central double doors. Left side elevation has 6 light window and right side or street elevation has 7 pane continuous window. Internally there is an angled queen strut roof with ridge-piece. It was re-raftered, probably between the wars. There are 2 brick furnaces with curved brick hoods on brick brackets. Iron fireback with the maker's name: W Haynes Reading. The building was in use as a forge until 1958.

C18 and C19. Single-storeyed rectangular brick building. Red tile hipped roof. Red brick walling (Flemish bond) with Dutch flat arch to window opening. C19 extension to south.
