2. Early C20. Stone building of 3-storeys occupying a semi-circular corner site. Thirteen bay composition, with central 3 bays and outer 2 bays at either end advanced, rusticated window surrounds to upper sotreys and pediments to first floor windows. Rusticated ground storey with semi-circular headed windows with frieze above; band- course between first and second floors; central 3-bay pediment with clock. Modillion cornice and balustraded parapet running the length of the building. Doric entrance porch with paired columns. Plays a very important townscape role in Twickenham centre.
