GV II

Stable and dovecote range, mid C18, rubble stone with stone slate roofs, cross-gabled to centre dovecote and half-hipped to flanking wings. Two storeys. Centre, possibly slightly earlier than wings, has dovecote raised over paired-elliptical-arched coach-entries with raised imposts. Dovecote above has flush quoins, door in bead-moulded surround with dripstone, single light in gable, bead- moulded with dripstone and cross-gabled stone-slated lantern. Similar single light to rear gable. Wings are matching with moulded plinth, flush quoins to outer angles and two 2-light cyma- moulded flush mullion windows to each floor, flanking on upper floors a similarly moulded loading door and on ground floors a bead-moulded doorway, left door flush, right door in raised surround. Similar 2-light windows to ground floor rear both sides and first floor right. Wings and dovecote have king-post trusses with angle struts, dovecote is lined with ashlar nesting-boxes.
