GV II
Mill house, late C18, painted brick with imitation slate roof and south end stack. Three storeys, 3-window range, 12-pane sashes to first and second floors in stone surrounds, ground floor 3 casement pairs in stone surrounds and centre door in stone surround. Truncated wall-face stack corbelled out above ground floor, left of centre. Flush quoins stopped slightly short of eaves. To right, 2-storey, one-window range with south stack. Nine-pane sash over 2-light mullion window, door to left. C20 wing to right. Lower Mill at Calstone recorded as owned by the Michell family from 1545 to 1720 and by Baily family in late C18, used for corn and cloth. (K.
