Shop and restaurant with dwelling above. Core probably of C16 with alterations of C19 and C20. Timber-framed and pebble-dashed. Slated roof with rear chimneys of gault brick. 2 storeys, 4 windows. C19 small-pane sashes at 1st storey. Late C20 shop windows to restaurant and shop. Good early C19 entrance door, probably in cross-passage position: panelled door with 6 sunk and beaded panels, panelled reveals and reeded wooden pilasters. Semi- circular fanlight with converging curved bars, and a broad fluted border. The shop has a rear wing to right with some exposed framing of C16 or early C17.
