Estate office. 1909. Red brick with timber framing and mainly rendered nogging. Ashlar dressings. Gabled and hipped plain tile roofs with various coped brick stacks. Windows are mainly wooden framed cross casements. Single storey plus attics. North front has a central Tudor arched plank door, flanked to right by a 4-light window, with a 4-light box dormer above. To right, a gabled wing with a 3-light window. To left, a larger gable with a 5-light window. Beyond to left a tenants' entrance with turned wooden balustrade and timber-framed screen wall with brick nogging. East gable, to left, has a canted wooden bay window, 6 lights, and a casement above with shaped glazing bars. West front, to right, has a central segment-headed glazed door with overlight and sidelight, flanked to right by a small window. Above, a 2-light box dormer. South front has to right a gabled wing with a bow window, 5 lights, and beyond it, a side wall stack. The estate office was built almost at the end of the development of the Park Estate.
