Commercial premises, originally dwelling. Early C16, extensively restored late C20. Timber-framed with Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, single-window range. Inserted shop front continues across No.62 (qv) in brick ground floor. Jettied first floor framed in rough close studding with a middle rail and ogee-arched bracing. Oriel window with wood mullions and transoms and leaded lights. Moulded bressumer to jettied second storey, with 2-light mullioned and transomed windows slightly projecting on moulded brackets. Jetties continue across return elevation which has 2 parallel gables framed in large square panels with curved tension bracing and cambered tie beams over inserted brick ground floor.
